These healthy nuggets are perfect to send for lunch or to feed your children. They are made with turkey breast, vegetables and a little Parmesan cheese. They are very easy to make and the best thing is that they do not go fried, you bake them with a little vegetable oil in spray. This way you can control the amount of fat your children ingest.

Ingredients

24 servings
  • 150 grams of Turkey breast
  • 4 pieces of potato
  • 2 spoonfuls of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powdered
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 3 spoonfuls of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking spray oil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Cook them in boiling water with salt until they are soft. To know if they are well cooked, insert a knife to the center, if it enters easily means that the potatoes are ready.
    Drain the water from the potatoes and place them in the processor, add the butter, cream, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Process until you have a puree.
    Cut the turkey breast into pieces and add it to the processor, add the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Process to integrate all the ingredients.
    Grease an oven rack or a refractory. Form balls of the mixture with the help of two spoons and place them on the grid or the refractory. With the fork, press them to form nuggets.
    Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a little ketchup and mustard sauce. To make it healthier you can send them vegetable canes or a small salad.

    TIPS

    If you do not have a grid, place the nuggets on the oven tray, turn them around 10 minutes so that they are golden brown on both sides.
