If you can't get your kids to eat veggies, these easy nuggets will be a great way to help them eat those nutritious foods that are often left over in broth or soup. These delicious nuggets are ideal for children's parties or just a healthy menu for a weekday. Their crunchy texture and delicious flavor make them an excellent recipe for children's food.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups potato, cooked, cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli, Cooked
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked, sliced
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin, cooked, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups potato flake
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • enough dressing, To accompany
  • enough lettuce mix, To accompany

Preparation

In a processor, mash the potato with the broccoli, carrot, pumpkin, onion, powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture in a bowl and add the potato flake, integrate until you get a manageable and slightly moist consistency.
Form the nuggets with the help of your hands, first make an oval ball of approximately 20 grams, flatten little by little until they are half a centimeter thick and freeze for 10 minutes.
Fry in hot vegetable oil for 10 minutes over low heat or until the nuggets are golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Serve and accompany with salad and dressing.

TIPS

The potato flake can be substituted for mashed potato powder, wheat flour or breadcrumbs.
