Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grams of fusilli pasta
  • 1 kilo of beefsteak tomato mature
  • 1/2 piece of White onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 150 grams of Manchego cheese laminate
  • olives black or green

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Strain and reserve.
    Smear the onion and finely chopped garlic in a pan with hot oil.
    Add the ground meat and cook until it changes color. With the help of a wooden shovel, separate the meat so that large balls do not form.
    For the sauce: Cook the tomatoes and blend with a piece of onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oregano and bring to heat until it changes color.
    Strain the sauce and stir together with the cooked pasta.
    In an extended dish place a sheet of Manchego cheese, cover with the paste forming a circle.
    You can use green or black olives for the eyes, or some raisins.
    Cut a tomato triangle to make the nose, and strips for the whiskers.
