This porridge is an excellent option to include in the early stages of feeding babies for the nutritional content of chicken, rice and vegetables.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tomtato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 60 grams breast
  • 1/2 cups rice
  • 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Peel the vegetables, cut them and put them to cook together with the rice in a pot with water.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the diced chicken breast and leave on the fire until cooked.
Drain and blend at medium temperature until a smooth mixture is obtained using a little of the cooking broth.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a splash of extra virgin oil before giving the baby.
