Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • white flours
  • 1 piece of egg smoothie
  • 16 sausages little
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • ketchup To accompany
  • cooking vegetable spray

    Preparation

    Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    With a roller flatten the puff pastry on a clean surface. Use the flour so that the paste does not stick to the surface or to the roller. Flatten until you get a rectangle of 40x25 cm (approx.). Cut the rectangle with a sharp knife in 16 rectangles.
    Place a little mustard on each rectangle and on it a sausage.
    Roll the puff pastry over the sausage and use a little of the beaten egg to close the puff pastry. Repeat with all the rectangles.
    Place the mini hotdogs on a baking sheet greased with vegetable spray and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
    With a brush cover the mini hotdogs with a little beaten egg and season with a little salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
    Serve accompanied by ketchup or mustard sauce.
