Ingredients

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoonful of marjoram
  • 1 teaspoonful of thyme
  • 1/2 Water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 kilo of fresh mushroom
  • 1 Cup of sausage
  • 1/2 kilo of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper

    Preparation

    On a flat surface make a volcano with the kilo of flour, in the middle to make a hole for there to put the sugar, salt, yeast and butter. Little by little we are adding the water, go integrating everything until it is a homogeneous mass and does not stick to your hands.
    Let it rest in a warm place and cover with a napkin, for an hour.
    For the sauce: liquefy the tomatoes with half an onion and the 2 garlics with the 1/2 glass of water, the remaining onion chop it in squares. We also chop the basil, put in a pan to fry the onion in squares until it becomes transparent and pour the blender mixture into the pan. Season with thyme, basil, salt and pepper. Let it boil for 20 minutes over low heat.
    Chop the mushroom and sliced ​​sausage, we also grate the cheese and reserve.
    With the help of a rolling pin or your fingertips spread the dough in the pizza pan, then pour the tomato sauce, cheese, sausage and finally the mushroom.
    Take to the oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Cut into slices and enjoy it with some hot chili powder.
