Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 white potatoes
  • 20 butter
  • salt
  • 50 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • peas
  • carrots
  • olives, green or black
  • spaghetti

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Wash the potatoes very well, make a vertical cut not very deep in each one.
Pepper the potatoes, wrap them with aluminum foil. Take to the oven for 25 minutes or until soft.
With both hands press the potato. Mix the stuffing with the tuna and two tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream.
Refill the potatoes with the mixture. The filling must stand out.
Make slices with the carrot. Place like little ears on each mouse. Place two peas in each potato, and half an olive as a nose.
For whiskers you can use raw pasta, cut it in three equal parts and bury it carefully on each side of the potato.

PRESENTATION

Assemble two small potatoes per child or a medium sized potato. Accompany with seasonings and ketchup.
