This is a very fresh porridge that occurred to me on a very hot day.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 papayas
  • 1 apple

Preparation

All fruits are washed.
The carrots and papaya are peeled and all the fruits are cut into pieces to grind.
Blend all the fruits with a splash of water until the consistency of porridge.

PRESENTATION

Serves when preparing it.

TIPS

1. It is important to leave the skin of the apple that gives fiber to your baby. 2. Raw carrot gives freshness to the porridge and helps to calm the itching of the gums
