Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 cup apple, peeled and chopped

Preparation

Boil the carrots in a steamer for 3 minutes
Add mango and apple for 2 minutes or until everything is tender
Put in a food processor until it takes a smooth consistency
Let cool and serve
