Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 peaches

Preparation

In a pot bring water to boil
Cut a cross on the surface of the peaches
Put the peaches in the boiling water for 1 minute. Strain, peel and cut into pieces, removing the seed.
Make a puree and serve

PRESENTATION

Serve the puree in a bowl.
