Rich recipe of pear porridge with vegetables for children 6 months and up.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 piece of pear big
  • 2 leaves of spinach washed and disinfected
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water
  • 2 soup spoons of brown sugar
  • 1 piece of pumpkin elongated
  • 1 star anise

    Preparation

    The pear is peeled and cut into pieces.
    In a bowl we put all the ingredients and let boil. Cook for 20 min and remove from heat when everything is soft and cooked.
    Remove the star anis, pour everything in the blender and grind perfectly without leaving lumps.
