Heat pita bread in a comal.
Cut the bread in half and take off from the center so that it is open.
Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the loaves.
Place the slices of ham and cheese inside the bread.
Place the tomato and lettuce inside the bread.
Serve the pita with the watermelon on its side.
