  • 2 1/2 cups flour, for the mass
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, for the mass
  • 5 grams dry yeast, for the mass
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt, for the mass
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted, for the dough
  • 1 cup Water, lukewarm, for the dough
  • 2 cups tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 cups FUD® Manchego Grated Cheese
  • 5 slices FUD® Pavo Virginia Ham, (290 g) diced
  • 2 FUD® pork sausage, fried and cut into slices
  • 6 slices FUD® pork bacon, fried (soft), chopped

For the pizza dough, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt and butter in a bowl; add warm water little by little and knead, add until you get a firm and uniform texture. Muy rico, es necesario amasar como si fuera una pizza normal, no es más fácil aún así queda muy rico e incluso el pan solo queda como pan pita, muy recomendable
