There is nothing more delicious than a rich roll of crunchy warm puff pastry, stuffed with mozzarella cheese and ham covered in butter with garlic and parsley all made in a refractory. This simple dish is very quick to bake in no more than 25 minutes and have them ready for any meeting

Ingredients

14 servings
  • 1 piece of egg to varnish
  • 1 Cup of Butter cast, for varnishing
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped, to varnish
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley dry to varnish
  • 1/2 kilo of puff pastry
  • enough of flour to extend
  • 10 slices of Turkey ham
  • 10 slices of mozzarella cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    To varnish, in a mixing bowl, the egg with butter melted with garlic and dried parsley, mix and reserve.
    For the roll, on a clean and floured surface spread your puff pastry 3 mm thick and place on waxed paper. With the help of a knife squared the dough, place the slices of ham and cheese, roll and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    Cut into finger-thick rolls, place in a refractory, varnish with butter and bake for 25 minutes or until puff pastry is crispy.
    Remove from the oven serves and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    Remember that it is important to bake until the oven reaches 200 ° C, otherwise your puff will be degreased.
