Puree of Meat, Vegetables and Pasta

This recipe is recommended for babies 9 months or older, as it introduces meats and pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 1 piece of pore
  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • 4 chunks of beef or lamb, of approximately 200 grams
  • 1/2 Cup of pasta (little stars or lenguitas)
  • to taste of extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Wash, peel and chop all the vegetables.
    Put to cook with a little water.
    After five minutes, add the pasta.
    After 10 minutes, add the meat that you should have previously cleaned before removing all the fat very well.
    When it is cooked, grind everything in the blender, using a little cooking broth if necessary or adding more water if required.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
