Ingredients

  • 8 tomatoes, mature
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 branches thyme, cool
  • enough salt
  • enough vegetal oil
  • enough chipotle chili
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup Ham
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups red pepper
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups orange bell pepper
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 1 cup mushroom

Preparation

Heat a pot with water over medium heat, wait for it to boil and add the tomatoes with a cross cut on the tip, add the garlic, thyme, salt and cook for 5 minutes; withdraw
