Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 rice paper
  • 1/3 cups quinoa
  • 1/2 red peppers
  • 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cups carrot
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup grape

Preparation

Soak the quinoa and drain the water.
Place the quinoa in a pot with 2/3 cup of water, with a pinch of salt and pepper and bring to a boil over medium low heat for 10 minutes with the pot covered.
While the quinoa is cooking, cut the carrot, cucumbers and paprika into thin sticks.
In a large bowl put some water and soak one of the rice papers for 20 seconds.
Place the stretched rice paper and add quinoa, paprika, carrot, cucumbers and spinach.
Roll the rice paper with all the ingredients inside. Cut the roll into small pieces.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the fist of grapes as a complement.
