Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3/4 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup raspberry, disinfected and washed

Preparation

Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds.
Place the pieces in a steamer on boiling water for 15 minutes (until they are tender).
Mix the zucchini using a little of the water in the pot to make a puree.
Add the raspberries and process to make a puree.
To serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve warm.

TIPS

Freeze the mush in ice-cube containers, the cubes last for up to 3 months.
