Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 cups Great Value® Lentils, soaked
  • 1/4 cups Great Value® Rice, rinsed
  • 1/2 cups Vegetables soup, or chicken
  • 1 cup spinach

Preparation

In a pot over medium heat, cook the lentils with the rice and broth covered, for 15 minutes or until softened.
Add spinach and cook 5 more minutes. Cool
Blend all the preparation until you get a smooth porridge, if necessary add a little more liquid.
