Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package sausage, (the one you want for turkey or pork) (12 sausages)
  • oils, (not much)
  • tomato sauces, (ketchup)
  • mustard
  • 1 kilo potato, for french fries
  • Water, for french fries
  • 1 liter oil, for french fries

Preparation

Cut the sausages in half, just by one end of the sausage, you will make two cuts with a knife in the shape of X or Cruz. What you are going to achieve with this is that when you put them in hot oil these cuts will make the sausage resemble an octopus because the cut will cause the tentacles of the octopus to appear, that is why you should only make the cut by one end of the sausage inwards not at both ends. You must remove excess pink oil with mustard and tomato sauce, that's all.
You can add melted yellow cheese and valentina sauce on top.
Wash the potatoes very well, peel them and cut them into strips that are not too thick or too thin.
Once they are cut, put them to boil in water, but do not boil much just give a boil.
Once cold, they are fried with plenty of oil.
