Preparation
Heat a Teflon pan and melt a little butter. Make a longitudinal cut on the sausage and place a portion of cheese inside it. Wrap it with one or two spinach leaves.
Pour a portion of hotcakes dough into the hot pan and form a wheel. Take the pan by the handle and lift it so you can rotate it and distribute the excess dough sideways and achieve a thinner hotcake.
As soon as you notice that bubbles form in the dough that you poured on the pan, place the sausage on one end and slowly take off the hotcake so that you can go wrapping the sausage until you achieve it completely turning the whole way.
Cover the sausages to allow the dough to cook completely.
Cut each sausage in 3 or 4 portions.
