Sausages with hotcakes. In addition a healthy touch with spinach, also adds a touch of color. Protein in the form of cheese and sausages. A practical recipe, healthy and fun.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • sausages
  • pancake flours
  • Mennonite cheese chester type (free of hormones and antibiotics)
  • spinach
  • ketchup mustard, or the dressing of your preference

    Preparation

Heat a Teflon pan and melt a little butter. Make a longitudinal cut on the sausage and place a portion of cheese inside it. Wrap it with one or two spinach leaves.
Pour a portion of hotcakes dough into the hot pan and form a wheel. Take the pan by the handle and lift it so you can rotate it and distribute the excess dough sideways and achieve a thinner hotcake.
As soon as you notice that bubbles form in the dough that you poured on the pan, place the sausage on one end and slowly take off the hotcake so that you can go wrapping the sausage until you achieve it completely turning the whole way.
Cover the sausages to allow the dough to cook completely.
Cut each sausage in 3 or 4 portions.

    PRESENTATION

Use catsup or mustard to draw the faces of your sausages.

    TIPS

Grate some fresh vegetables such as jicama, cucumber or carrot to simulate grass or carpet in the sausages.
