Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package manchego cheese, Singles®
  • 1 package American cheese, Singles®
  • 8 slices Turkey ham
  • 2 eggs, Cooked, cut in half
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cups Spring mix lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons bacon, chopped and fried
  • dressing, of your preference

Preparation

Roll the slices of cheese and slices of ham.
Serve on a platter the lettuce, cheese rolls, and ham. Add the egg, tomato and sprinkle with the bacon.
Season to taste.

PRESENTATION
