Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package american cheese, Sliced ​​Singles®
  • 1 package sausage
  • 16 whole cloves, whole
  • alfalfa germ
  • cherry tomatoes
  • toothpicks

Preparation

Cut the sausages along in 4 thin slices.
Cut the slices of American Singles® Cheese into strips.
Place the cheese strips on top of the sausage halves leaving a space of 2 cm at the start of each sausage.
Roll the sausages like a shell, hold with chopsticks. Nail in the space of 2 cm, 2 pieces of nail simulating a pair of eyes.
Serve 2 snails as a portion along with wheat germ and cherry tomatoes.

PRESENTATION

It presents two snails accompanied by puree. Accompany with ketchup and mustard.
