Well I chose the recipe because I have 3 children, 2 girls and 1 male but my girl in the middle is picky but she loves spaghetti then whenever I want her to eat I make this recipe and the 3 eat very comfortable.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 packages spaghetti, The modern
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 300 grams cheap shrimp
  • surimi, to taste
  • carrots, grated and pea to taste
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • evaporated milk, necessary amount
  • aromatic herbs, to taste
  • manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

The pasta is cooked in water with the herbs for 3 to 4 minutes or until it is al dente, the pasta is drained.
In a large saucepan add the two teaspoons of butter with the bacon and let it fry with the same fat as the bacon, then add the shrimps to which they are cooked and, if they are red, add the grated carrots to the cooked pea, then the spaghetti is added and finally the surimi. When 3 minutes have passed, add the cream and the evaporated milk so that they are a little broth just so they do not get too dry.
Do not let the cream boil so it does not cut.

PRESENTATION

Serve enough and present your dish with grated Manchego cheese.

TIPS

As the cream is added, leave it for a few seconds to integrate well and switch off immediately.
