Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups strawberry
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 1/2 apples
  • 1/4 cups orange juice

Preparation

Once the strawberries are washed and disinfected, cut the tail and blend with the apple and banana.
To obtain a thinner mixture, gradually add the orange juice until the desired consistency is obtained.
Serve and enjoy.

TIPS

If you don't have an orange, you can add the juice of a tangerine.
