Add a tablespoon of Hummus Libanius and spread throughout the tortilla.
Split the ham and place it in the tortilla previously greased with butter ghee and hummus.
Fold the ends of the sides towards the center, then fold the lower end towards the center and end with the upper end bending it towards the center.
Spread coconut oil with a brush across the folded tortilla.
Repeat steps 1 through 8 for each dubbing.
Reheat the comal over high heat.

    TIPS

Heat the tortillas so they are soft and can bend better. Make the doubles 3 by 3 so that the tortillas do not harden. To make the cheese melt better, leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes and place each slice when it is still heating on the comal the doubling.
