Stuffed Dumplings of Hummus with Ham

Flour tortilla spread with delicious butter ghee and hummus, stuffed with ham and a rich slice of Manchego cheese on the outside.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®
  • 5 tablespoons butter, ghee
  • 1/4 cups coconut oil
  • 250 grams pork ham
  • 250 grams manchego cheese, in slice

Preparation

Heat the comal over high heat.
Heat the tortillas on the comal about 30 seconds on each side.
Remove the tortillas from the comal and place on a plate.
Add the tip of a tablespoon of ghee butter to the tortilla and smear well.
Add a tablespoon of Hummus Libanius and spread throughout the tortilla.
Split the ham and place it in the tortilla previously greased with butter ghee and hummus.
Fold the ends of the sides towards the center, then fold the lower end towards the center and end with the upper end bending it towards the center.
Spread coconut oil with a brush across the folded tortilla.
Repeat steps 1 through 8 for each dubbing.
Reheat the comal over high heat.
Place the doubles in the comal and heat for 1 minute on each side.
Remove each one of the comal and add a slice of Manchego cheese on top.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the dish with pico de gallo and slices of avocado. It serves time.

TIPS

Heat the tortillas so they are soft and can bend better. Make the doubles 3 by 3 so that the tortillas do not harden. To make the cheese melt better, leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes and place each slice when it is still heating on the comal the doubling.
