Sweet porridge for your baby, you will not believe how easy it is to make it in an Express® Pressure Cooker. You can also use it as an accompaniment to your salty dishes.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 750 grams sweet potato, orange, sweet, clean and peeled

Preparation

Chop the sweet potatoes into squares. Place them in an Express® Pressure Cooker, add water to cover with a 1/2 cm surplus.
Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and put the pressure regulator on it, place it on the stove with high flame, when the steam comes out, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove the Express® Pressure Cooker from the heat, let it cool, remove the pressure regulator, open the Express® Pressure Cooker and voila!
The sweet potatoes should feel soft when chopped. Let it cool. Transfer to a food processor and grind until you get a smooth puree.

TIPS

As your baby grows and can eat thicker porridge, mash some or all of the sweet potatoes with the help of a fork.
