Tacodrilo is a taco crocodile made with sharp onion teeth, saliva sour cream, olive eye and legs and jalapeño tail. Try this delicious and fun recipe.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 pieces of concave toast (taco shells)
  • 2 spoonfuls of refried beans
  • 1/2 Cup of ground beef (cooked)
  • 1 Cup of lettuce chopped
  • 1 piece of tomato chopped
  • 1 slice of black olive
  • 1 piece of poblano pepper
  • 4 pieces of red italian pepper
  • 1 slice of White onion thick, cut into small triangles and squares

    Preparation

In the concave toast or taco shells, spread the beans inside the top and bottom of the toast. This will keep the onions in place for the teeth.
Fill the toast with 1/4 cup of meat and cover with 1/2 cup of chopped lettuce and half of the tomatoes. Stick the onions in the refried beans to form the Tacodrilo's teeth.
Place the sour cream in a pastry bag or plastic bag with the cut end and put sour cream in the middle of the onion teeth.
Apply a small amount of refried beans on top of the toast and paste the slice of olive to form the eye. This completes the face of the Tacodrilo. Fill the second toast with the rest of the meat, lettuce and tomato. This will form the body of the Tacodrilo.
Create the tacodrilo by placing the toast of the body behind the face, holding it with two red peppers on each side. These will be the two hind legs.
Place the green poblano chile on the back of the taco body for the tail. Put the last two red peppers on the sides of the side of the block to act as the two front legs.
