Macaroni timbales are a delicious way to present macaroni and cheese, timbales look very elegant and are the perfect serving size.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 250 grams mushroom, in slices
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 5 tomatoes, chopped, seedless
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 turkey breasts
  • 250 grams macaron pasta
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms; cook 8 min. Revolving them frequently. Add the garlic; cook it 1 min. Add the tomatoes, the soy sauce and the turkey; Mix them well. Cook 10 min. Stirring frequently. Cover them to keep them warm.
Prepare the macaroni in a large saucepan as indicated on the package.
Drain the pasta, add the cheese and stir until it melts and the cheese is well integrated.
Add the parsley to the tomato mixture; Mix it well. Add 1 cup of the macaroni and cheese; put them in a platter. Top with the rest of the tomato mixture and Parmesan cheese.
