These tuna croquettes are ideal for children, it is a very nutritious meal and the combination of cream cheese and potato will make them not realize that they have tuna.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 stick cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 2 potatoes, large, cooked, peeled and crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 1 bag ground bread
  • 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

Mix the potatoes with the tuna until completely integrated.
Add 1/2 bar of cream cheese with the corn starch, add to the previous mix.
Beat the parsley with the egg until you integrate.
Cut the remaining cream cheese into small squares and fill in the croquettes.
Pass the croquettes for flour, egg and finally for the breadcrumbs.
In the hot oil, fry the croquettes until golden brown on both sides.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a bed of lettuce or refried beans.

TIPS

Use a deep casserole to fry the croquettes in this way they will be very crunchy.
