Because children love this classic salad, we give you the recipe of this Tuna Pasta Salad. This is a very creamy and large variety of vegetables that bring a colorful and nutritious lunch. It is an excellent idea to change from the conventional sandwich.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • enough of Water
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 Cup of elbow pasta
  • 1/2 Cup of corn yellow, shelled
  • 1/2 Cup of pea cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of broccoli cut into small trees and cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot diced, cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of cucumber cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of tuna in water drained
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta in a pot with boiling water and salt according to the package instructions, drain and cool.
    In a bowl mix the cooked pasta cooked with the corn, the pea, the broccoli, the carrot, the cucumber, the tuna, the lime juice and the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with juice and fruit.

    TIPS

    Stop the pasta cooking by draining it immediately and going through cold water. If not using immediately, mix with a tablespoon of oil so that it does not stick.
