Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 bunches asparagus, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup broccoli, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups Turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

In a pot with water over high heat, boil the asparagus and broccoli for 10 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool.
Blend the vegetables with turkey breast, olive oil and a little of the cooking liquid.
It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass container with a tight lid.

TIPS

You can add spinach or green leafy vegetables that also benefit your baby's skin.
