Preparation
Start by preparing the sausages for the elephants. Cut each sausage into thirds first. One third of the sausage is finely cut for the ears, another third cut the shape of the head with the trunk and the third third is left whole for the body.
The cucumber is cut into thick slices and each slice in half.
The skewers are assembled by first placing a cube of cheese, then a cherry tomato, then half a cucumber, another cherry tomato, another half a cucumber and finally the sausage elephant.
