Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 4 slices avocado
  • 4 slices beefsteak tomato
  • 1/2 bell pepper, in juliana
  • 1/2 cucumbers, sliced, well drained
  • 4 tablespoons cottage cheese, drained
  • salt
  • 4 slices box bread, integral or multigrain
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan mix the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper
Heat the breads a little and spread them with mustard
Place the vegetables on the bread and add salt and pepper, the cottage cheese
Close with the other slice of bread and enjoy
