Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 flour tortillas, integral, for wrap
  • 100 grams turkey breast
  • 1 slice romaine lettuce
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/4 cups vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups watermelon, in squares
  • 1 fist cashews

Preparation

Cook the chicken breast in boiling water.
Cut the chicken, cucumber, avocado, and tomato into thin slices.
Place the extended tortilla on a plate.
Place the lettuce, chicken, cucumber, avocado and tomato on top.
Wrap like a burrito and cut it in half.
Serve with Indian walnuts and watermelon cubes.
