Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style
  • 1 French bread
  • 3 tablespoons Strawberry jam
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Heat a Teflon pan.
Cut slices of bread 6-8 cm thick, with a knife make a cut in the center to form a hole to place the filling.
In a bowl, mix the Yoghurt with the jam.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, cinnamon and milk and mix well.
Take the yoghurt mixture and fill the bread, dip it in the egg mixture. Make all the slices before starting to fry.
Place the butter in the pan and melt, fry all slices of bread in the pan, until golden brown.
