If you substitute quinoa rice in recipes, you will not only get a much more nutritious dish, but also a very original dish. Try it, it's easier to prepare than you imagine!

  • 1 garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 200 grams white mushroom
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 package quinoa
  • 1 cup soy sauce


Chop the onion and garlic finely. Sofríelos in sesame oil or canola oil, should be transparent.
Disinfect the mushrooms and cut them into semi-thick slices.
Cut the florets of broccoli of the size you prefer, I recommend not too small because they shrink at the time of cooking.
Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes, add them to the pot along with the broccoli. Season with soy sauce to taste.
When the carrots are a little soft, integrate the mushrooms. Let them release water before rectifying the seasoning, otherwise you run the risk of salting.
Cook the quinoa in plenty of water (usually 1 cup of quinoa per 1/2 of water). Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until the water is consumed.
You should see a kind of thread inside each seed and when tasting it should feel soft and not crispy, if you consider it necessary add a little more water and leave the fire until it is completely cooked.
Mix the vegetables and quinoa, moving carefully so as not to break the vegetables.


Serve with soy sauce and chopped scallion stems.

No sabia que se podia hacer con quinoa,en realidad antes no la Conocia y mi compañera de trabajo me regalo un paquete, y lo tengo ya have dias sin saber que hacer,gracias por su reseta, estoy muy entusiasmada, el fin de semana la voy hacer
