These tuna steaks are the recipe you needed to complete your special meal on a barbecue. Meet everyone with these steaks seasoned with a vinaigrette made with lemon juice, ginger, tabasco sauce, grapeseed oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and serrano peppers, it will be delicious!

  • 1/3 of cup of yellow lemon juice for the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger finely chopped for vinaigrette
  • 1/8 of teaspoon of Tabasco sauce or sriracha for vinaigrette
  • 1 cup of canola oil or grape seed for vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon of shallot finely chopped for vinaigrette
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped for vinaigrette
  • 1/4 of cup of soy sauce for the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil for the vinaigrette
  • 2 serrano peppers in very thin slices for the vinaigrette
  • to taste of sea salt
  • to taste of White pepper
  • to taste of sesame seed

Preparation

Prepare your Weber® grill for direct high heat (450 ° - 550 ° F or 232 ° - 287 ° C).
To prepare the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients in a blender, except for the oil, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the oil to the blender in the form of thread and continue mixing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reservation.
Varnish with oil the tuna steaks and season with salt and pepper. Then place them on the grill over high heat for 1 minute on each side. Remove from grill and let stand at room temperature.
To serve, cut the steaks into slices or cubes, add the vinaigrette and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can accompany with your favorite salad.
