Ingredients

4 portions
  • 150 grams fresh mozzarella cheese, in balls
  • 150 grams cherry tomato
  • Basil leaves, cool
  • 50 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • table salt
  • black pepper
  • olives
  • cream cheeses

Preparation

Wash and disinfect tomato and basil leaves.
Place a bed of basil or spinach leaves on an extended plate if you prefer.
Assemble a cherry tomato and a scoop of fresh mozzarella cheese.
Cut an olive in half and form the little mouth. Stick it with a little cream cheese.
Form small balls of cream cheese to form the eyes. And put a bit of olive in the center.
Season with a bit of balsamic or apple vinegar, salpimenta.
