Preparation
Add in a deep glass bowl: mushrooms, onion and cilantro finely chopped, and diced tomato.
Squeeze the two lemons, add a little chipotle sauce or if you prefer finely chopped serrano chile, soy sauce and ketchup. Taste and pepper if necessary or add a little more of the ingredient that you think you need.
Finally cut the avocado in cubes and add it, stir carefully so that it does not beat, do it in an enveloping way.
Accompany with pretzels or chips.
