The Alexandria salad recipe is a fresh and healthy mix of sweet and sour flavors.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 1 package cranberry
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 2 fists peanut, garapiñados
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 150 grams panela cheese
  • 1 jar chipotle chili, little
  • 1 jar dehydrated tomato, little
  • homemade dressings

Preparation

Cut the cherry tomatoes into cubes. Cut the panela cheese and the goat cheese into cubes. Chop chipotle chilies and dehydrated tomatoes.
Place the lettuce in a medium bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix well and achieve a balance of ingredients.
Accompany with Homemade Dressing.
