The Alexandria salad recipe is a fresh and healthy mix of sweet and sour flavors.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 piece of lettuce
  • 1 package of cranberry
  • 150 grams of goat cheese
  • 2 fists of peanut garapiñados
  • 8 pieces of cherry tomato
  • 150 grams of Panela cheese
  • 1 jar of chipotle chile pepper little
  • 1 jar of dehydrated tomato little
  • homemade dressings

    Preparation

    Cut the cherry tomatoes into cubes. Cut the panela cheese and the goat cheese into cubes. Chop chipotle chilies and dehydrated tomatoes.
    Place the lettuce in a medium bowl and add all the ingredients. Mix well and achieve a balance of ingredients.
