Ingredients

18 portions
  • 1 1/3 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 45 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat butter with sugar until acremar.
Add the egg to continue beating.
When it is well mixed add the almond flour little by little.
Add the baking soda and baking powder.
Finally add the amaranth.
In a tray put baking paper, it is not recommended to use aluminum foil since they could burn a lot from below, make piles with a spoon not so together because they can grow a little.
