Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups Sugar substitute, sucralose (baking)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup apple, grated
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar substitute, (sucralose) hornable
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, combine the butter with the sugar substitute and the wholemeal flour until it forms a masita.
Cover a square mold previously greased and floured. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the apple with the oats, the eggs, the sugar substitute, the vanilla, the starch, the cinnamon, the baking powder and the nuts.
Pour the previous mixture on the butter base and spread with the help of a spoon, pressing lightly on the base. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more.
Cool very well, unmold and cut.

PRESENTATION

On a plate accompanied by cold milk.
