Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/3 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander
  • 2 green apples, without peel, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1 cup jicama, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 bunches basil, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 1 serrano chile, cut into slices
  • 1/4 red onions

Preparation

Add the lemon juice, the orange juice, the olive oil and the cilantro to the blender, liquefy perfectly well. Reservation.
Add to a bowl the apple, serrano pepper, jicama, avocado, cucumber, basil, cilantro, mix with the preparation of the blender and season perfectly well.
Serve the ceviche in a deep dish and decorate with the radish the chile serrano and the purple onion. Enjoy
