Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can artichoke heart, (385 grams)
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 3/4 cups walnut
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoons sea ​​salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 baguette, sliced ​​diagonal slices

Preparation

Heat oven to 200º C. Then toast the nuts in an oven tray and set aside. Drain the artichokes.
In a food processor put artichokes, parsley, nuts, garlic, salt and pepper, oil, water and lemon juice. Press a few seconds just to crush a little, you do not owe much to see the pieces.
In a baking tray put the loaves spread with a little olive oil and bake for 5 to 8 minutes to brown.
Put the artichoke mixture on top of each bun and place on a platter. They are ready to serve.
