Ingredients

4 portions
  • 20 corn tortillas
  • 1 panela cheese, in strips
  • mozzarella cheese, grated to taste
  • cream, to taste
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Roast the tomatoes then liquefy them with the garlic, onion and add them to a pot, then add the cream and if you want it to be less thick, add the milk and beat it a bit after adding salt and pepper to taste, over low heat let it heat a little without boiling and remove from the fire.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a refractory with butter, one by one the tacos rolled with the panela and add some of the cream prepared on top and the cheese, put in the oven until it melts.
Once ready you can add the leftover cream to each portion of tacos and you're done.
