Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F)
Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In a large bowl, beat the sugar and oil together. Add the bananas and mashed potatoes.
Add water and vanilla, mix well.
Add the flour mixture with the chopped nuts and stir everything well.
Pour the mixture on a non-stick baking sheet or use a little spray oil on the surface.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the chopstick comes out clean.
