Make your dinner something amazing with these bean taquitos accompanied by a hummus of bean, which perfectly balances the flavors, the avocado gives a unique and special touch.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup broad bean, cooked, for the hummus
  • 2 cloves garlic, for the hummus
  • 1/3 onions, for the hummus, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, for the hummus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup black bean, without broth
  • 1/2 cups corn grain
  • enough fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

For the hummus in a food processor add the beans, the clove of garlic, the onion, the olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
In a pan heat the oil, add the onion, let it cook until it is transparent add the beans, corn kernels, cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
In an omelette place a bit of bean hummus add a little of the previous preparation add avocado and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

On an omelet on an extended plate, accompanied by hummus in a bowl.

TIPS

For the beans to take little time to cook, let them soak overnight.
