Preparation
Peel and clean the clove of garlic, onion and tomatoes.
With these same ingredients, cut in brounoisse (small squares) once they are peeled and clean, a sofrito is made.
Add to the sofrito the side dishes and the chorizo cut into slices.
Cover with water, put to a point of salt and let it boil for 90 minutes over low heat, until the veneers are cooked.
We serve by sprinkling olive oil at the time of serving, adding also a little sweet paprika.
