This rich smoothie is an excellent way to start the day. Blueberry combined with orange juice is an excellent source of vitamin C and antioxidants.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup blueberry, blueberry
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 4 cubes ice

Preparation

In a blender mix all ingredients until well blended.
Pour into two glasses and serve.

TIPS

You can vary this recipe by changing blueberries for strawberries or raspberries.
