Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 Cup of low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 Cup of orange juice
  • 1 Cup of blueberry blueberry
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 4 o 5 cubes of ice

    Preparation

    In a blender mix all ingredients until well blended.
    Pour into two glasses and serve.

    TIPS

    You can vary this recipe by changing blueberries for strawberries or raspberries.
